Price Protection Policy

All Aboard! Train Shop tries to maintain a price policy that is flexible and fair to both consumers and manufacturers.

All Aboard! uses the manufacturers' suggested list price as our cost baseline. Discounting from the manufacturer's suggested retail price is done to remain competitive to mail order outlets. All Aboard! provides fair value prices and is proud of the after sales support, which is often missing from large mail order houses. All Aboard combines the best of hobby shop service with the convenience of mail ordering.

All Aboard! provides the following value incentives:

giving customers additional products or upgrading items as a bonus on certain specified product lines
on-line product support
low shipping and handling costs

All Aboard! will keep you, the customer, informed with timely price adjustments on the All Aboard! Train Shop web page. All Aboard! Will honor the prices listed on this page at the time of your dated order . If within 30 days we lower our price for any reason, you will automatically be refunded the difference.

Product Support

All Aboard! provides free network support of all products purchased through All Aboard! Train Shop. We provide timely email response to questions and will maintain FAQs for frequently asked questions.
Complete DCC systems purchased through All Aboard! Train Shop receive up to two hours (U.S. customers) phone support at our expense (evening rates). Additional support or phone support for customers outside the U.S. is at the customer's expense.

All Aboard! will help resolve and process any warranty claims during the warranty period

- Track Shipments are at the actual shipping costs
Overseas and Canada:
- We are currently shipping products on an actual cost basis, update is forthcoming
