If shipment is delayed, you will be notified immediately.

Because we have around 3,500 items, (and we have yet to think of a convenient type of order form for this many items (any ideas?)) we have provided a simple order form where you fill in the items you desire.

You may submit this form but enter "By Mail", "By Phone" as your credit card number and either snailmail, phone (978-443-6883) the appropriate information directly to Ken's Trains (see above).
