Construction of the new building is now complete and Ken's Trains is now open  for business in our new quarters. We hope that you will come by for a visit!

Pricing, Shipping Policies

Discounts: "Your cost" as it appears on the listing, represents a significant discount from the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

Postage: We ask customers to pay a small $4.00 postage per order in the US. This amount is still less than the charges of many other dealers. Contact us for information on orders outside the US.

We generally ship via U.S. Mail, First Class.

We have found that postal delivery, although more expensive for us, is faster then most carriers and we want you to receive your order as fast as possible.

Mastercard/Visa: are accepted, and we will continue not to charge anything extra for this service. Discover or Novus cards are accepted by phone or mail. In fact we suggest that you either phone or mail all credit card numbers, unless on-file already.
